Linda Shi BScKin MScOT Reg (AB).
Hi! My name is Linda. I am a paediatric occupational therapist and mom to two spunky little boys. My love for kids started at a young age and I can say I have always been a kid at heart. I have been working in the field of helping children who have developmental challenges since 2013 and have not wanted to change my path since. After finishing my undergraduate degree in exercise and health physiology at the University of Calgary, I worked a year as a behavioural interventionist for a school in Calgary for children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. And it was fate that during this year I got to meet some incredible families and professionals who inspired me to pursue a master's degree in occupational therapy. In 2022, I felt the calling to do more than working with children in their home and schools. I started Bright Little Minds to provide training and education to parents and educators who feel lost with their children's development and don't even know where to start. I hope to bring realistic, tried and true, and evidence-based strategies to your homes so that you feel confident in parenting/teaching the bright little minds who are meant to shine.
